The Residence Hall License Agreement is binding for the full academic year.  Residents are responsible for the terms and conditions of their signed License Agreement. Returning keys does not release residents from the terms of their Agreement. Rent charges will remain on the student account and a space on campus will be reserved, unless an Agreement Release Request has been approved, in writing, for by the OHRL. An Agreement Release Request form and third party documentation must be submitted at the OHRL for consideration for release.
