One of the missions at the Office of Housing and Residence Life at George Mason University is to promote and foster leadership abilities. Several opportunities are available to students wishing to become more involved on campus. The Resident Student Association (RSA) focuses on programming for the residence halls as well as directly addressing the concerns of other students. The Residence Life Conduct Board (C-Board) is charged with hearing and adjudicating allegations of misconduct within the residence halls. The C-Board consists of students who hear cases and recommend sanctions based on the evidence. RSA and C-Board are both excellent opportunities to become involved on-campus and interact with other students. In addition, the Housing Office organizes and sponsors numerous events throughout the semester.
